Dear Vinesh and Stephen.

When my MD told me he was getting a sales training team to assist us I was very sceptical. We sell in a very price sensitive and competitive market.

We have counter sales people who essentially process orders and assist walk-in customers. Turning our branch managers and counter staff into sales hunters would be a formidable task.

It’s now been 2 months since we started the process. Two full days of Sales Bootcamp and ongoing support twice a week. Frankly, the results have been fantastic. The YinYang of Sales is managing to change the culture of the organization.

We are mining our database, seeing more clients and are an astounding 12% up in sales, company wide, this July versus July 2018.
